The call for proposals 2015 is now open

This call aims at supporting projects in the fields of Education for Intercultural Citizenship and  Intercultural Artistic Co-Productions. The ALF supports only multilateral projects built upon a 1+1 partnership formula with at least one partner from a Southern Mediterranean country and at least one partner from a European country. The number of projects expected to be awarded through this call will be between 30 and 40. Grant amounts will vary from EUR 25,000 – to EUR 35,000. The deadline to apply is the 1st November 2015.


Young Med Voices leads debate on digitally-enabled peacebuilding at European Development Days 2018

Brussels, 6 June 2018 - A Young Mediterranean Voices (YMV) Lab Debate was featured today at the 2018 European Development Days (EDDs) on the theme of “Women, dialogue and digitally-enabled peace-building”. Co-organised by the Anna Lindh Foundation and the British Council, the YMV Debate focused on how innovative technologies provide new opportunities to connect young women as dialogue actors and reach those who are most likely to be left behind.


Finland and the Anna Lindh Foundation join forces at the UN on Youth, Peace and Security

29 May 2018 - The Anna Lindh Mediterranean Foundation for Dialogue joined the Government of Finland in a strategic forum at the UN Headquarters on “Young Peacebuilders for Sustaining Peace”. The forum took place on the eve of the first Youth Dialogue in the UN General Assembly that aims to reinforce youth-led dialogue and peacebuilding at the global level.


Federica Mogherini opens up new channels for shaping EU policy in dialogue with #YoungMedVoices and regional networks

Brussels, 24 May 2018. The EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, is putting in place new mechanisms for young people to shape EU external policies towards the Mediterranean and Africa.

This was a key outcome of three days of policy forums in Brussels involving young peacebuilders and senior institutional leaders, culminating in an open dialogue with Mrs Mogherini at the headquarters of the European External Action Service (EEAS).
